We focus on material issues that impact operational resilience and stakeholder trust: maximizing data center efficiency, securing our digital supply chain, and maintaining rigorous corporate oversight.

Environmental: Operational Efficiency & Decarbonization

We focus on specific metrics relevant to cloud infrastructure rather than broad "green" promises.

Data Center Efficiency (PUE)
We actively optimize Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) across our infrastructure. Our target is to maintain a PUE below 1.4 by 2028 and reach 1.3 by 2030 through advanced cooling technologies and virtualization-first architecture.
Energy Transition Strategy
We are transitioning our energy procurement mix to prioritize renewable sources: 80% renewable by 2028 and 100% renewable energy across all operations by 2030.
Resource Stewardship (WUE)
We track Water Usage Effectiveness (WUE) with a target of 1.2 L/kWh by 2030, and have implemented circular economy principles for IT asset disposal, ensuring 95% of decommissioned hardware is recycled or repurposed.
E-Waste & Circular Economy
We partner with certified recyclers to ensure responsible disposal of electronic waste and maximize the lifecycle of IT assets through refurbishment programs.
Carbon Mitigation: Scope 3 Emissions Offset
To address residual Scope 3 emissions, we invest in verified reforestation projects as part of a broader carbon mitigation portfolio. Each domain registration contributes to this program.

Talent Pipeline Development
Our Summer Internship Program bridges the STEM skills gap across Africa. We target a 40% intern-to-hire conversion rate by 2030 to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
We utilize data-driven recruitment practices to mitigate bias. We actively monitor and report on workforce demographics to ensure our teams reflect the diverse markets we serve.
Supply Chain Ethics
We require all Tier-1 vendors to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, ensuring strict compliance with labor standards and human rights protocols.

STEM Talent Pipeline Program
Our paid internship program targets university students globally, addressing the industry skills gap while lowering long-term recruitment costs. We measure success through intern-to-hire conversion rates and retention metrics, treating this as an investment in our future workforce rather than a charitable initiative.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for corruption and bribery. Our whistleblower mechanisms provide a secure, anonymous channel for reporting violations, overseen by an independent audit committee.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
We proactively comply with regional data protection laws: GDPR (Europe), POPIA (South Africa), Kenya Data Protection Act, and Rwanda ICT regulations. Our enterprise risk framework identifies regulatory shifts before they impact operations.
